We hope you’ll grow as a person and leader in your field and transform those around you as well.   &nbsp; We are looking to add a&nbsp;Reporting Analyst&nbsp;to our team in&nbsp;our&nbsp;Seattle&nbsp;office.&nbsp;As a Reporting Analyst, your key focus&nbsp;is on preparing&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and&nbsp;timely&nbsp;reports for institutional clients by compiling disparate data sources into a cohesive structure. This role requires&nbsp;a high level&nbsp;of precision and thoroughness. Successful candidates will&nbsp;exhibit&nbsp;a willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with team members to achieve client service standards.&nbsp; &nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; Coordinate the quarterly reporting cycle, including collecting, requesting, and tracking data from vendor partners and internal stakeholders.&nbsp; Prepare book-wide investment performance calculations and ensure data is&nbsp;accurate, complete, and reconciled.&nbsp; Develop and distribute quarterly participant education materials and other client-facing reporting.&nbsp; Prepare,&nbsp;finalize, and distribute quarterly client reviews, ensuring materials are&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and delivered on schedule.&nbsp; Gather updated performance and balance information&nbsp;and prepare ad-hoc analyses to support client meetings, including fee reviews, plan design analyses, and participant reviews.&nbsp; Document client meeting notes, action items, and deliverables and coordinate follow-throughs&nbsp;to ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;completion.&nbsp; Complete post-meeting client deliverables and ongoing reporting needs while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and organized records.&nbsp; Identify&nbsp;opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate recurring reporting processes and reconcile records as needed.&nbsp; Support long-term, non-cyclical projects and initiatives that improve reporting, client service, and operational efficiency.&nbsp; Research relevant industry trends, regulatory and legislative developments, and other applicable topics to inform client service and prepare for upcoming quarterly reporting cycles.&nbsp; &nbsp; Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree,&nbsp;required.&nbsp; A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical capacity. Experience in an RIA/Broker Dealer is preferred.&nbsp; Familiarity with Excel, Morningstar Direct, Adobe Acrobat,&nbsp;PowerApps &amp; Dataverse,&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp; Experience with a portfolio management system.
