Training Coordinator

Under the supervision and direction of the, Assistant VP of Business Operations, the Training Coordinator will provide clinical training, observation, and evaluation of HCA staff members. The Training Coordinator works in collaboration with the Medical Management Team to assure that clinical processes are uniform throughout the organization. They will integrate the teaching of EHR technology and clinic practices to support optimal patient care, customer service, and flow. They will serve as an onsite trainer for clinic staff functioning in front- and back-office roles to maintain optimal patient care and health center productivity.
