Job Details: $23.00-$26.00 per hour ( Salary Commenserate with experience) Full Time: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday (onsite) Job Summary As a mechanical repair technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of aerospace components and systems. Duties/Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic assessments of aerospace components to identify mechanical issues. Assemble and connect system components. Build prototype models based on technical guidelines. Maintain detailed records of repairs, including the use of digital systems and documentation tools to track work progress and ensure accurate reporting. Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs and handling tools and equipment. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on technical tasks. Use various tools to build and repair systems. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Read and comprehend complex manuals and diagrams. Must be computer literate, possess good written, verbal and interpersonal skills and be fluent in English. Education And Experience Associate degree in Avionics or related field; or a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an electronic test technician for digital and analog circuits. Experience in an ISO or AS9100 certified manufacturing facility; and with surface mount assembly a plus.
