# Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Care Representative Onsite

Role Overview: The Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to patients by answering inquiries, assisting with prescriptions, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues. They serve as the friendly, professional voice in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, texts, and messages with positive energy and professionalism Assist patients with questions about prescriptions, orders, and pharmacy services Schedule and coordinate patient appointments within the EHR system Listen to patient concerns, determine appropriate actions, and follow up as needed Route clinical and pharmacy-related questions to relevant team members Document interactions accurately in CRM and EHR systems Support administrative and pharmacy operations to enhance patient care Qualifications & Skills Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience Experience with CRM or EHR software Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving skills Dependable, friendly, confident, and patient-focused Ability to adapt to new technology High school diploma or GED required Key Attributes: Outgoing, dependable, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Candidates must pass a routine background check and have a clear photo or copy of their diploma available.
