# Marketing Manager

Balparmak

We are looking for a 'Marketing Manager' to work in Balparmak HQ located in Çekmeköy. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive commercial growth and strengthen brand communication. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful marketing plans and campaigns Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic brand plans Build and drive long-term brand and innovation strategies Own the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned brands Track, analyze, and report brand performance metrics Drive sustainable brand growth through innovative solutions and strategies Leverage consumer insights and lead market research to shape and refine strategies Analyze market data (including Nielsen) to monitor performance, competition, and trends Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing teams on social media and digital campaigns Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams Lead, coach, and develop direct-report team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Marketing within the FMCG industry Fluent in English Passionate about brands, eager to learn, and growth-oriented Strong team player with excellent communication skills Results-driven with strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive change Strong analytical, planning, and cross-functional management skills
