# Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit specializing in diverse patient care. Responsibilities Include Providing exceptional care to patients with conditions such as CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases. Maintaining a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure quality care. Collaborating with team members through shared governance and contributing to a positive unit culture. Supporting patient recovery during an average stay of 7–10 days. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active RN license in the appropriate state. One year of relevant experience preferred. Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN preferred; facility-specific curricula for restrictive interventions required within 3 months of hire. Additional Details Support from an ADT nurse, support staff, and leadership team. Unit has received Center of Excellence awards and maintains high patient satisfaction scores. Relocation assistance available up to $7,500.
