Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge seeks Nursing Assistants to work on their Transitional Care Unit and deliver hands-on personal care to meet each resident’s physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse. Full-time: evening Part-time: evenings and nights All schedules include working every other weekend. High-school diploma or equivalent Certified as a Nursing Assistant in Minnesota REQUIRED Available to work every other weekend and alternating holidays Previous experience in acute care or long-term care preferred Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships Ability to live Walker Methodists Customer Service Principles Ability to embrace Walker Methodists Mission: Life.
