# EPiC Associate Consultant - Strategy & Execution

As an EPiC Associate Consultant, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients and internal business partners solve complex problems and delivering exceptional results. And most importantly,&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;show up as a Pioneer, modeling what it means to be Humble, Hungry, and Connected.&nbsp; Responsibilities include:&nbsp; While each day and project will be different, below is a list of some of the typical activities that our Associate Consultants perform on our various project teams:&nbsp; Working with clients to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys&nbsp; Translate business&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;into requirements to support future-state design&nbsp;related to&nbsp;people,&nbsp;process,&nbsp;or&nbsp;technology ensuring client needs are captured and delivered&nbsp; Perform primary and secondary research tasks to provide impactful, actionable insights and recommendations&nbsp; Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner&nbsp; Support the drafting and development of all major project deliverables&nbsp; Assist&nbsp;with critical project management tasks such as project planning and status reporting&nbsp; Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner&nbsp; Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction&nbsp; Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network across clients and internal teams&nbsp; Support engagements spanning strategy,&nbsp;business&nbsp;operations, and&nbsp;transformation&nbsp;work, adapting quickly to new industries and problem types&nbsp; Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans that translate strategy into action&nbsp; Qualifications:&nbsp; Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills&nbsp; Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)&nbsp; Demonstrated ability to expand professional networks through strategic relationship building&nbsp; Comfort working across a variety of industries, functions, and project types as a generalist&nbsp; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment&nbsp; Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-changing organizational environments and managing multiple assignments&nbsp; Adaptability and eagerness to learn new industries, tools, and methodologies quickly&nbsp; Curious mindset,&nbsp;asks clarifying questions and checks for shared understanding&nbsp; Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization&nbsp; High level&nbsp;of&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;with the Microsoft Office suite&nbsp; Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in&nbsp; Bachelor's Degree&nbsp; Location:&nbsp; This role is based in Minneapolis, MN Pioneer Minneapolis Office: 212 3rd Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55401 Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role will be between $65,000- $70,000 per year
