Corporate / Groups Director of Sales

We’re filling this role for a global luxury wellness company focused on integrative health, preventive medicine, and longevity. ABOUT YOU You are a consultative, relationship-led sales leader with a strong corporate and C-suite network. You know how to develop premium group experiences, build strategic partnerships, and turn corporate relationships into recurring business. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS • 8-10 years of on-property groups sales experience in luxury hospitality, ideally at the Senior Sales Manager or Director of Groups level. • Experience with a luxury resort, lifestyle hotel, or independent property with a strong wellness focus. • Strong corporate and C-suite network, with a consultative, relationship-led approach to sales. • Experience developing corporate groups, incentives, or executive retreats and growing repeat business. • Fluent English; Spanish is valued. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUILD CORPORATE AND GROUP REVENUE • Develop executive health and performance retreats, leadership retreats, and small corporate groups, with strong cross-sell into wellness programming. • Build individual and small-group incentive and rewards programmes. • Develop health retreats with renowned health experts. DEVELOP STRATEGIC CORPORATE RELATIONSHIPS • Establish corporate rate plans and strategic alliances, including C-suite access, partner affairs, and people and culture wellness benefits. • Create a global corporate base with multiple entry points and recurring revenue. DELIVER AGAINST SALES GOALS • Grow group and corporate revenue. • Increase cross-sell into wellness programmes. • Build recurring corporate revenue and room nights.
