BI Analyst

Job Description We are seeking an analytical and business-minded Advanced BI Analyst to translate business needs into data-driven insights and solutions. This role partners with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Leadership to analyze data, build dashboards, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Translate business questions into technical requirements and actionable insights. Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Evaluate customer behavior, business performance, and A/B testing results. Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-informed decisions. Ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytical workflows. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets. Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: eCommerce or subscription-based business experience. Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms. Experience with A/B testing, Alteryx, or customer behavior analytics. Note: This is a business-focused analytics role, not IT support or software development. Regular onsite work in Westlake, Ohio is required. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available.
