Part-Time Licensed Therapist - Richmond

Part-Time Licensed Therapist • Richmond Reid Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team in Richmond. This individual will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention and crisis prevention services in an outpatient setting. Position Details: Part-time position Team: 5 physicians, 8 PMHNPs, 7 therapists, 2 LPNs, 4 CMAs, and 3 Office Assistants Office Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Patient Volume: Approximately 7–8 patients per day Opportunity to provide individual, family, and group therapy Compensation Details: Competitive base salary Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage Benefits: 403b with company match, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included Paid vacation annually Education/Experience Education Required: Master's degree in a related field.
