Position Overview We are on the hunt for a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating visually stunning designs and is ready to make a significant impact on brand ROI through their work. As a crucial member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, switch between different mediums, and constantly evolve your creative direction to meet the fast-paced demands of our clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute compelling visual designs across various digital and print mediums. Collaborate closely with the team during brainstorming sessions and creative flows, contributing innovative ideas and solutions. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously through our project portal, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating new techniques and tools to enhance your work and the agency’s offerings. Actively participate in the creative process, from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and agency standards. Be ready to push the boundaries of creative thought as we are a more artistic agency compared to most. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. Experience with After Effects, Premiere, and 3D editing software is highly desirable. A readiness to embrace AI and other emerging technologies as tools to enhance creative output. Must have strong ability to generate assets used throughout production and merge them with design tools. An ability to adapt to new creative directions and switch between various projects and mediums seamlessly. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently through our project management portal. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions. Must be able to commute to our office located in Troy, MI, 4 days a week, with Fridays being optional remote workdays.
