What awaits you in this role We are looking for a colleague for our People and Culture Team! Actively contribute to the design, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits processes, including salary surveys, pay policy, annual salary increases, compensation adjustments, job analysis and job evaluations, benchmark analyses, grading systems, and flexible benefits. Contribute to the preparation of compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal appointments, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with compensation policies. Contribute to the design, calculation, and continuous improvement of bonus and incentive schemes, including KPI-based models, eligibility rules, simulations, and impact analyses. Actively contribute to personnel cost and workforce budgeting processes, including headcount planning, payroll forecasting, budget vs. actual vs. forecast analyses, variance analyses, and scenario modelling; analyze cost and budget variances and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Analyze workforce data, including headcount movements, attrition, internal mobility, and key people metrics, to identify trends and support strategic workforce planning. Conduct and monitor market salary surveys and benchmark analyses to assess market competitiveness and internal equity of compensation and benefits practices. Prepare and consolidate regular and ad-hoc People & Culture KPIs, management reports, dashboards, analyses, and presentations, translating data into meaningful insights to support management decision-making. Collaborate closely with People & Culture teams and business stakeholders on end-to-end process management; identify efficiency, digitalization, and automation opportunities and contribute to HR system enhancements and data-driven solutions using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools. Actively participate in People & Culture projects, continuously improve responsible processes, and ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders. What we expect A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, personnel budgeting, workforce planning, HR Analytics, or related People & Culture areas. Hands-on experience in personnel cost budgeting, compensation analytics, management reporting, and data-driven HR processes. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel; preferably with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, SAP,Power Query, VBA, Python etc.), Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, planning, organizational, and project management skills; ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
