This Hybrid role offers exposure to financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, performance reporting, and strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvements and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial and operational reports to support leadership decision-making Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activities Support treasury management processes and cash flow reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages Monitor compliance with debt covenants and assist with related reporting Conduct financial analysis, including profitability, break-even, NPV, and IRR analyses Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, processes, and operational efficiency Support ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3-5 years of FP&A, or related experience Experience with ERP systems such as Intacct, Workday, Workiva, or similar platforms Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Advanced Excel proficiency; strong Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
