We are looking for a passionate Associate – Talent Acquisition who will join our team in Global Talent Management Directorate in Beko Corporate. Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in managing recruitment processes, Participate in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview processes, Take an active role in recruitment projects and contribute to process improvements, Support the team during university events (career fairs, collaborations, etc.), Update and manage the candidate database, Provide suggestions to enhance the candidate experience and contribute to feedback processes, Work closely with the HR team and participate in various HR projects. The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul. How do we describe the perfect match? Recent graduate from relevant university departments (Business, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.) Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and a good team player, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Proficient in MS Office programs, Eager to learn and develop, with a desire to start a career in Human Resources, Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality, Outside-the-box thinking ability.
