Data Analyst — Remote Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote — United States Employment Type: Full-Time Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. The Data Analyst will work closely with business, product, operations, and technical teams to develop meaningful insights, reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements. Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders. Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with data engineers and other technical teams to improve data availability and quality. Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytical processes. Support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Analytics , or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL . Experience with Excel/Google Sheets , including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to business stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud . Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes. Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, or BigQuery .
