General Summary  The Director of IT Infrastructure & Engineering is responsible for defining and executing Penumbra's global infrastructure strategy, delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and AI-ready technology platforms supporting worldwide operations. The role leads enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, workplace technologies, identity management, infrastructure security, and engineering operations while driving modernization through cloud transformation, automation, AI-enabled operations, and operational excellence.     Specific Duties and Responsibilities  Leadership  Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives and assignments and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
