Databricks Data Engineer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Databricks Data Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end development and operation of data products. In this role, you will work closely with the business to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, implement data products on Databricks , and ensure their smooth operation and ongoing support. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire development process — from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, operation, and support. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements. Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable data solutions. Design, develop, and implement data products using Databricks . Take ownership of the end-to-end data product development lifecycle. Develop and maintain data pipelines and data processing workflows. Ensure the reliability, performance, and operational stability of data products. Monitor data products and troubleshoot operational issues. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for data products. Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of data products, processes, and development practices. Ensure solutions are properly documented and maintainable. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks. Strong experience in data engineering and data product development. Experience in requirements analysis and working directly with business stakeholders. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience with data pipelines, data processing, and data integration. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Experience with deploying, monitoring, and operating data products. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive the development process independently. Good communication and collaboration skills. Fluent English is must.
