Overview Join Orkin as a Pro (Termite Pro) Starting pay: $20–$22 per hour PLUS potential to earn monthly bonuses. As a TC Pro (Home Services Technician), safety is your top priority, both for yourself and the customers you serve. You'll perform essential home service installations that improve comfort and protection, all while building a stable and rewarding career with advancement opportunities. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things the right way, and can navigate a variety of environments, from rooftops to crawl spaces, this is the role for you. Every day brings something different as you follow a scheduled route and perform quality installations that make homes safer and more efficient. You’ll have structure, support, and the opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the industry. Shifts 3:13s – Work three 13-hour shifts and enjoy four days off each week. 4:10s – Prefer shorter days? Work four 10-hour shifts and still get three days off. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Follow a daily assigned route within your territory Prepare and install services such as: Attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, Gutter protection systems and Radiant heat barriers Complete all required service-related documentation Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces Operate a company vehicle safely Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions Perform duties in all weather conditions What You’ll Earn Pay starting at $20 to $22 per hour (average first-year earning potential: $50,000+) Paid training with opportunity for pay increases and promotions Opportunities for bonuses and performance rewards What We Offer Company vehicle and gas card Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with match + employee stock purchase plan Tuition reimbursement & scholarship opportunities Paid training and certifications (we cover the costs!) Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Strong communication and listening skills Willingness to work in varied physical environments A reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to obtain required state certifications (we’ll train and pay for them!) What will my work environment be like? Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
