Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop acquisition and growth strategies, aligning with business objectives. Define clear goals and priorities, and pinpoint high-potential opportunities and scalable approaches.
• Identify and source high quality parnters that fit the TikTok platform. Design and implement partnership frameworks with diverse third parties, including commerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing solution providers .
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline new partners launch processes and remove operational barriers
• Continuously monitor and analyze partners' performance, optimizing strategies to maximize efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in commerce operations or related fields,
• Experience of successfully driving initiatives independently while effectively working with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals.
• Fluent in English and Turkish Preferred Qualifications
• A deep understanding of the EU commerce landscape is highly desirable.
• Fast learner, proactive, and resilient, able to perform and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
