Role Description Looking for an experienced construction Estimator for a a full-time, on-site role based in East Hartford, CT. Applicants are encouraged to have knowledge of QuickBid and On-screen software, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have at least 3 years of estimator experience (drywall preferred). Responsibilities and Duties Prepare competitively priced take-offs Analyze RFPs from general contractors Must have a strong ability to review project drawings and specifications Identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements to prepare cost estimates Process costs for change orders Work with project managers to delivery quality products
