Creative Director

Carrier HR

Our client is a fast-growing textile company with a strong presence in both e-commerce and in-store retail. With a growing store network alongside its digital channels, the business continues to expand across multiple sales channels and international markets. As the business continues to expand across multiple online channels and international markets, they are looking for a Creative Director who will own the brand's visual identity and translate it into commercially effective creative across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Define and own the brand's creative direction across photography, video, campaign visuals, and packaging. Lead end-to-end production of product and campaign shoots, from concept development to final delivery. Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity while remaining commercially effective for e-commerce conversion. Manage and mentor a creative team including photographers, designers, stylists, and content producers. Collaborate closely with the E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams to develop high-converting campaign assets and landing page visuals. Oversee art direction for seasonal collections, product launches, and brand campaigns. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms (website, social media, marketplaces, paid media). Review and approve all creative outputs before publication, ensuring quality and brand alignment. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, models, and production vendors when needed. Stay current with fashion, lingerie, editorial, and digital content trends to keep the brand's creative output competitive and relevant. Manage creative production budgets and timelines efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion, Communications, or a related field. 6–8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a cross-sector art direction background — e.g. magazine/editorial and fashion, or advertising agency and textile/apparel. Candidates who have worked exclusively as a fashion designer without broader art direction exposure are not a fit. Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction across multiple industries or formats — editorial/magazine layout, lingerie or apparel campaigns, agency work, or packaging — not limited to a single category. Proven experience managing in-house creative teams and production processes end-to-end. Deep understanding of e-commerce visual requirements (product photography, lifestyle content, model shoots) alongside editorial or brand storytelling sensibility. Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and creative project management tools. Strong eye for styling, color, composition, and brand storytelling, ideally proven across more than one industry context (e.g. print/editorial and fashion/lingerie). Comfortable art-directing sensitive or intimate-apparel content with a commercially sharp, tasteful eye. Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial and conversion-driven goals. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in English is preferred.
