What You'll Be Responsible For Set the product vision, analyze market and user needs, make strategic product decisions, and align stakeholders around shared goals, Own a product area end to end, from problem definition through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes, Lead structured product discovery with AI agents, clinicians, users, and data by defining hypotheses, success and kill criteria, gathering evidence, and documenting decisions, Create clear, version-controlled product specifications that enable efficient execution by engineering teams and AI agents, Prioritize initiatives against Memorial Healthcare Group's strategic goals and transparently communicate the rationale behind roadmap decisions, Define how AI behaves within the product, including where models act, where human judgment is required, how uncertainty and failures are handled, and which evaluation criteria determine whether an AI capability is ready for release, Ensure clinician- and patient-facing features are co-designed with relevant clinical stakeholders and validated in real healthcare workflows before scaling, Define and monitor product metrics, including adoption, usage, business impact, and AI output quality, and continuously improve or remove features based on evidence, Build and improve AI-native workflows, tools, checks, and automations that enhance the effectiveness of the product organization, Collaborate with technology, clinical, data, and business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and deliver measurable business and patient outcomes in line with data privacy and clinical governance requirements.
