Follow instructions and remember how to complete tasks you have already been shown. Stay productive and know what needs to be done next without constantly being told. Complete assigned portions of an installation without constant instruction or supervision. Set and install an outdoor unit independently. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Experience with HVAC Installation and can work independently as an Install Helper Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attics spaces, able to work hard Recognize and properly use common HVAC tools and materials. Understand the basic steps of a residential HVAC installation.
