We are searching for an experienced Senior Human Resource Generalist to oversee the KFC Yum! Center located in Louisville, KY! About The Job Join a team where your HR expertise helps shape a thriving and compliant workplace. In this role, you’ll balance day-to-day operations with strategic projects, driving initiatives that support talent, compliance, and employee engagement while making a real impact on organizational success. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year What’s In It For You Lead and support key HR programs that ensure a compliant and high- performing work environment Partner on strategic projects that address business challenges and enhance the employee experience Use workforce data to anticipate hiring needs and support smart, timely talent decisions Support a strong talent pipeline through effective recruiting, onboarding, and development processes Help implement meaningful total rewards strategies to attract, recognize, and retain talent Deliver engaging, compliant employee benefits communications that empower informed decisions Champion career growth through performance management and learning initiatives What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast- paced environment Experience coordinating HR programs and processes, from recruitment to performance management A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives Requirements Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Related Experience: 2 years What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
