# Inside Sales Representative

Propane Depot

Propane Depot is looking for a great salesperson to join our team! You'll be provided with a steady flow of inbound leads from customers actively looking for propane service. No cold calling, door knocking, or spending your day searching for prospects. Your job is to connect with these customers, build trust, and turn opportunities into new business. We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, competitive, and knows how to close a sale. If you're good at sales and enjoy talking with people, this is an opportunity to earn good money and build a long-term career with a growing, family-owned company. What You'll Do Handle inbound sales leads and turn prospects into new customers Speak with homeowners and businesses about our propane services Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale Follow up with prospective customers Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process Assist with overflow customer service calls when needed Work closely with our office and operations teams to ensure a great customer experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is really good at sales and enjoys talking with people. The right person will be: Confident, personable, and comfortable on the phone A strong communicator who can quickly build rapport Motivated by performance and earning potential Competitive and driven to succeed Comfortable handling objections and closing sales Organized and able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Experienced in sales or a similar customer-facing role Propane industry experience is not required. Compensation Our compensation structure rewards strong sales performance, and our best salespeople can earn very good money in this position. Base salary + commission Base depends on experience.
