This is not a purely strategic leadership position. We are looking for a hands-on HR leader who is equally comfortable advising senior leadership, coaching managers through complex employee matters, leading organizational change, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure critical HR initiatives get completed. The Director of HR will lead a team supporting HR business partnership, benefits, payroll and recruiting while maintaining direct involvement in key initiatives across employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, HR systems and workforce planning. Director of Human Resources KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead and develop the HR team while establishing clear priorities and accountability Partner with executive and operational leaders on workforce strategy and organizational needs Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations and manager coaching Drive performance management, compensation, benefits and talent initiatives Support reorganizations, leadership transitions, workforce changes and other business transformations Develop meaningful workforce metrics and translate data into practical recommendations Manage HR vendors, budgets and external partners Travel to company locations as needed to stay connected to our teams and operations REQUIREMENTS : (Preferred too) BS in Human Resources, Business or Related Field 10+ years of progressive HR experience 5+ years of management experience.
