# Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary This is NOT a typical call center position. We are hiring a full-time Corporate Specialist to manage the lifecycle of customer orders. You will be asked to process new orders, implement modifications, and escalate issues across a number of communication channels as well as research and resolve issues received from accounts, consumers, and/or sales. As a secondary function of the position, you will provide administrative and call/email support to assist your departmental teammates. Responsibilities: Manage the on order for assigned accounts and promptly addressing order fulfillment. Remaining open and available to customers and fulfillment locations. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Understanding the business logic for fulfillment selection. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and issues. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service/order fulfillment process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations. Candidates must be motivated with an ability to multi task and have strong problem solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Infor M3 and EDI a huge plus but not necessary
