# Associate Sales Representative - Surgical Products

The VIOS Clinic

Role Overview: An Associate Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling innovative surgical technology across various specialties, including OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new business with energy, professionalism, and perseverance. Engage in extensive hands-on training and collaborate with Field Sales Trainers for ongoing development. Work closely with healthcare professionals such as surgeons, nurses, and OR managers to determine best patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience, or military transition. Ability to travel up to 25%, hold a valid driver’s license, and drive safely. Preferred knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses, with an OTE of $85,000.
