Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Tax Manager who enjoys leading people, serving clients, and solving complex tax issues. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborative team member, and trusted advisor who is passionate about delivering high-quality service. Your Role as Tax Manager In This Role, You Will Serve as the lead advisor for a portfolio of business and individual clients. Review complex tax returns, tax projections, and planning strategies. Oversee client engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional service. Mentor and develop Supervisors, Staff Accountants, and Interns. Meet with clients throughout the year to provide tax planning and consulting services. Analyze and respond to IRS and other tax authority notices. Assist with business development, networking, and cultivating referral relationships. Support firm initiatives, recruiting efforts, and team development. Why LattaHarris? CPA designation required 5+ years of public accounting experience with significant tax experience. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and planning. Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client engagements. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing and developing accounting professionals. Business development and networking experience. Experience serving as the primary advisor for a client portfolio. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining exceptional client service.
