We are most interested in the unique perspective you can bring and your ability to uphold our values of passion, persistence, and integrity. 🚀About the Role As a Senior SE, you are a model for your peers — especially less experienced staff. On top of the cultural implications that come with this, your adherence to, defense of, and contribution to the enterprise sales cycle, the value framework, MEDDPPICC and POC strategy. You should be able to demonstrate significant subject matter expertise in the web and native mobile technologies around which your career has focused, as well as a sound understanding of Quantum Metric technologies outside of your normal scope (e.g. RFP questions, security & architecture diagrams). In addition, you should contribute in an ongoing manner to demo strategy, configuration standards, best practices and how to deliver value from those practices. The Senior SE should intimately understand the digital experience monitoring ecosystem around which your career has focused and demonstrate a sound understanding of Quantum Metric's differentiators and be confident in creating new value framework discussions around them. You should possess a sense of our progressive stance — the current state of what's used and why as well as how/why we plan to evolve them as we further our CPD message. As a Senior SE, you will be asked to lead strategic & technical initiatives that involve multiple team members. You should also proactively mentor more junior staff in order to "raise the team's collective game" and ensure that people are learning and building habits that will serve the team's overall mission and identity. You will be actively involved in the hiring process and hiring decisions. You should be completely comfortable speaking up when you see inadequate behavior or performance from a teammate, as you should recognize that your skills and experience can help your peers improve...and that withholding advice and feedback will only slow their growth.
