Title: HR Manager Salary: $145K–$185K + Bonus Location: Boston, MA | Onsite Why This HR Manager Opportunity Stands Out Join a fast-growing, venture-backed robotics and advanced technology company Highly visible HR leadership role with significant ownership and autonomy Opportunity to build and scale HR infrastructure, programs, and processes Serve as the go-to HR resource for employees and managers across the organization Partner closely with leadership as the company continues to grow Strong compensation package with a 30% annual bonus HR Manager Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary resource for employee and manager HR needs Manage and optimize the HRIS, maintaining accurate employee data, records, and compliance Lead benefits administration, open enrollment, employee education, and vendor relationships Oversee employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters Ensure federal, state, local, and multi-state employment compliance Develop and improve HR policies, programs, and processes to support continued organizational growth HR Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related experience Strong hands-on HRIS experience; Rippling highly preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance Experience managing benefits and working with external brokers/vendors Hands-on employee relations experience with the ability to advise managers independently Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization preferred Technology, robotics, hardware, manufacturing, or engineering industry exposure is a plus SHRM, HRCI, or related HR certification preferred #INOCT2026
