Essential Functions and Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office, including multi-line phone systems, guest reception, filing, and other administrative functions. Specific position responsibilities:
• Answering multi-line phone system and efficiently addressing or directing calls
• Receiving all incoming guests, customers, and vendors in the front office
• Managing filing systems for employee and project files
• Providing administrative support for management team including document formatting, printing, meeting and conference room scheduling and other support tasks
• Managing office supply ordering and office equipment maintenance scheduling Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
• Ability to master and utilize new technology including software systems, office equipment, programs, etc.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Clear ability to organize and prioritize workload, with drive toward continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team
