# Document Controller

IMMEDIATE START
• DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – CONSTRUCTION An exciting opportunity has arisen with Midgard for a Document Controller to start immediately for Beylikduzu Istanbul office. You will assist the UK project team by coordinating office and site admin and keeping revision drawings up to date and will act as the main point of contact between our Group divisions and J Reddington. Role & Responsibilities: Carry out routine information control activities for the company, including information release and publishing, query handling, management of transmittals. Manage the receipt and processing of project information and documentation utilising the client's and principal designer's electronic document management systems. Control and management of electronic transmittals both internally and externally and the Task Order Information Delivery plans and schedules. Support to departments in the issue receipt and tracking of all information both electronically. Work within the project’s Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage document control processes. Carry out QA checks on drawings, documents and reports prior to issue. Send documents to the relevant design disciplines for approval, chasing outstanding comments where responses are not received within the agreed timeframe. Producing meeting minutes and schedules as required by the design management team. Inform the Line Manager of any delays to the approval process. Produce a weekly report outlining all delays in the Information Release Schedule (IRS) and approvals process. Desirable Criteria:
• Minimum of 2 years within an administration role
