Customer Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Administrator for our Logistics Team in our Gebze plant. Key Responsibilities • Manage customer orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules for automotive OEM and Tier suppliers. • Develop and maintain production plans in SAP based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time production and delivery performance. • Monitor and update customer requirements through EDI and other customer communication platforms. • Maintain the order book and ensure accurate demand planning and shipment scheduling. • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, Work in Progress (WIP), and finished goods to support customer requirements and optimize stock levels. • Identify and manage risks related to capacity constraints, material shortages, production delays, or delivery interruptions. • Analyze delivery performance, customer demand fluctuations, and logistics KPIs, providing regular reports to management. • Coordinate transportation activities and support freight cost control processes. • Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in SAP. • Support continuous improvement activities related to production planning, customer logistics, and supply chain performance. • Report to the Logistics Manager. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field). • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Customer Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar role within the automotive industry. • Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers. • Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, logistics processes, SAP, and EDI systems. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and formulas. • Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
