• Customer Service Representative We are partnering with a valued client to identify a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving inquiries, and providing an exceptional phone-based support experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service Representative Answer inbound customer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests efficiently Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems Resolve issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications
• Customer Service Representative Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or phone support experience preferred Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
