Diagnostic Imaging Technician I

Role: Diagnostic Imaging Tech I Responsibilities: Operates x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs across various radiology areas, including Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopic, and Operating Room procedures. Uses c-arm technology under the supervision of Radiologists, Supervisors, and Lead Technologists. Ensures proper operation and safety protocols are followed. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program approved by CAHEA/JERCT. ARRT certified and licensed by the State of Vermont. Demonstrates responsibility and knowledge in daily radiology department operations. Key Duties: Performs radiographic procedures, adapts to different shifts and locations, including weekends and holidays, and may participate in on-call duties. Maintains compliance with established practices and safety standards.
