Project Manager - Luxury Residential - Greater Boston, MA

An established custom residential builder is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end renovation and custom home projects throughout Boston and the surrounding suburbs. This role offers ownership of complex projects, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional work on projects ranging from several million dollars to luxury estate-scale renovations. Description The Project Manager • Luxury Residential will: Manage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through cloesout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate architects, designers, subcontractors, and field teams. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Drive quality, safety, and schedule performance on complex custom builds. Oversee projects ranging from approximately $3M to $20M in value. Navigate permitting, logistics, and construction challenges in downtown Boston environments. Collaborate closely with company leadership in a highly visible role. Profile A successful Project Manager • Luxury Residential should have: 10+ years of construction project management experience Proven background delivering custom residential projects. Experience managing high-end renovations or custom homes valued between $3M and $20M. Demonstrated success leading projects within Boston's urban construction environment. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills. Ability to commute to project sites throughout Boston and nearby suburbs. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
