Epirus' flagship product, Leonidas, is a software-defined system built using intelligent power management techniques which allow power-hungry systems to do more with less.&nbsp; &nbsp; Job Summary:&nbsp; The Master&nbsp;Integrated&nbsp;Scheduler&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;developing, integrating, and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complex&nbsp;defense and commercial&nbsp;programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers,&nbsp;Finance,&nbsp;Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity, drive risk-informed decision-making, and support compliance with government and customer scheduling requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ideal candidate brings deep&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in critical path&nbsp;methodology,&nbsp;strong technical understanding of technology driven programs, strong manufacturing understanding in a rapid prototyping and production environment,&nbsp;and schedule risk analysis&nbsp;within a&nbsp;mission-critical environment.&nbsp; &nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop, baseline, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple concurrent programs using Microsoft Project, ensuring logical network integrity, critical path&nbsp;visibility&nbsp;and risk management planning.&nbsp; Support the integration of cost and schedule data&nbsp;that feeds&nbsp;COGS, ETC and EAC reporting, including variance analysis.&nbsp; Facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), monthly Program Management Reviews (PMR), and&nbsp;internal schedule analysis and deconfliction reviews.&nbsp; Partner with functional leads to translate the&nbsp;project scope&nbsp;and Statement of Work (SOW) into fully networked&nbsp;schedules.&nbsp; Track and communicate critical path, near-critical path, and schedule margin to program leadership; escalate risks and recommend recovery or mitigation plans.&nbsp; Support proposal development with basis-of-estimate schedules, rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) durations, and What-If scenario modeling.&nbsp; Maintain schedule data in compliance with company procedures, customer contract requirements (e.g., DFARS, CDRLs such as the Integrated Master Schedule/IMP.&nbsp; Support internal and external audits.&nbsp; Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and training across the Program Management Office.&nbsp; &nbsp; Basic Qualifications:&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree).&nbsp; 12+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Analyst, ideally within aerospace, defense, or another regulated program environment.&nbsp; Demonstrated&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in Microsoft Project, including resource loading, baselining, and schedule logic development.&nbsp; Experience developing and maintaining WBS-aligned schedules tied to contractual SOW/CDRL requirements.&nbsp; Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex schedule risk to technical and executive audiences.&nbsp; U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements; ability to obtain and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a DoD Secret security clearance.&nbsp; &nbsp; Preferred Skills and Experience:&nbsp; Active DoD Secret clearance.&nbsp; Advanced Competency in&nbsp;MS&nbsp;project and&nbsp;Smartsheet&nbsp;scheduling applications&nbsp; Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and EVMS/ANSI-748 guidelines.&nbsp; Understanding and experience with DCMA 14-Point Assessment including ability to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and remediate constraints, dangling activities, negative float, and missing logic ties.&nbsp; Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify schedule confidence levels and inform critical decisions.&nbsp; Certification such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), PMP, or EVP (Earned Value Professional).&nbsp; Prior experience in a role supporting IBRs, PMRs, or customer-facing program reviews on DoD or intelligence community contracts.&nbsp; Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements&nbsp; This role is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional presence on manufacturing floors to gather schedule status. Some domestic travel may be&nbsp;required&nbsp;to support program reviews, supplier visits, or customer meetings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.&nbsp;For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $171,800&mdash;$200,600 USD
