Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are recruiting for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a growing design-build construction firm in the Fort Wayne area. This role will lead commercial and industrial projects from planning through completion while keeping schedules, budgets, clients, subcontractors, and field teams aligned. Responsibilities Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from concept through closeout Serve as the main point of contact for clients, project updates, and issue resolution Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, billing support, and financial tracking Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and field operations Lead OAC meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure code and quality compliance Support jobsite safety through meetings, inspections, reporting, and daily accountability Help develop team members through coaching, delegation, feedback, and follow-through Support the company’s values and EOS-driven operating culture Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong project management background in commercial construction Experience with commercial or industrial design-build projects Working knowledge of Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, and Timberline Solid understanding of construction methods, equipment, technology, and field execution Strong communication, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working extended construction schedules when needed Familiarity with EOS is helpful, but not required Compensation And Benefits Salary range of $85,000 to $115,000, based on experience Company and individual performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with immediate vesting and company match Paid vacation and wellness time Take-home vehicle for worksite travel Education reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and structured onboarding Apply today to take the next step in your construction project management career.
