ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) • New Jersey Location: Neptune City, NJ   Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour   Part-Time (See Schedule Below) Join a Team That Makes a Meaningful Impact!   Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to invite a compassionate and motivated Bilingual Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in providing transformative ABA services to a wonderful 10-year-old, non-verbal child in Neptune City, NJ! This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities! Schedule:   Monday: 3:30pm • 6:30pm   Thursday: 3:30pm • 6:30pm   Friday: 3:30pm • 6:30pm Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills Collect data and document session progress Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred RBT Certification preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus Reliable and dependable Ability to pass required background screenings Why Join LBAPS?
