# Project Executive

As Project Executive, you will provide overall leadership and accountability for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. You are responsible for project performance, including financial outcomes, schedule adherence, risk management, and client satisfaction, while building and leading high-performing teams.
You will collaborate closely with owners, senior leadership, preconstruction, and operations to establish project strategy and drive execution. This includes proactively identifying and resolving project, contractual, and operational challenges while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
You will lead and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, guide procurement and subcontractor buyout strategies, and lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, safety, and risk planning.
Successful Project Executives are strategic, decisive leaders who consistently deliver predictable project outcomes, achieve financial targets, and exceed client expectations.
