Supply Chain Junior Assistant

We are looking for a Supply Chain Junior Assistant to join our growing organization and support the efficient management of our supply chain operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations, Hands-on experience with Nebim V3 ERP , Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic reporting), Good written and verbal English communication skills , Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach, Strong planning, organization, and time management skills, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Experience in the cosmetics, retail, or distribution sectors is preferred. Key Responsibilities Creating and following up on domestic and international supply orders and entering them into the Nebim system, Managing daily operational communication with suppliers, Monitoring order, shipment, and inventory processes, Tracking stock levels and preparing regular reports, Coordinating with relevant teams on import and logistics operations, Keeping product, order, and inventory records up to date in the ERP system, Supporting operational processes in coordination with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams, Preparing regular operational reports and presenting them to management.
