Salary: $30 - $35 per hour A bit about us: A well-established hardwood products manufacturer is confidentially seeking an experienced Moulder Operator for its facility in Prineville, Oregon. This position will set up and operate Weinig moulders to produce high-quality hardwood mouldings. Why join us? Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Full-time, direct-hire position Consistent hours and long-term stability Benefits package available Job Details Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor Weinig moulders Install and adjust cutterheads, knives, guides, and machine components Produce hardwood mouldings according to work orders and product specifications Inspect finished products for dimensions, profile accuracy, and surface quality Troubleshoot operating issues and make necessary machine adjustments Perform blade changes, routine maintenance, and equipment inspections Minimize material waste while meeting production and quality standards Follow all safety, housekeeping, and operating procedures Qualifications Previous experience operating Weinig moulders is strongly preferred Experience with industrial moulders in a millwork, woodworking, cabinet, or hardwood manufacturing environment Knowledge of moulder setup, tooling, cutterheads, and knife changes Ability to read a tape measure and interpret production specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to recognize wood defects and maintain consistent product quality Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety Interested in hearing more?
