About the Company VANZBON Global is an international business services platform supporting companies and entrepreneurs with overseas market entry, company incorporation, accounting and tax compliance, legal coordination, business resource integration, and cross-border operational support. As we continue to expand our global service network, we are looking for a reliable and well-connected Country Representative in Türkiye to support our international clients and strengthen our local business resources. About the Role The Country Representative will act as VANZBON Global’s local business coordinator and project representative in Türkiye. The successful candidate will support international clients entering and operating in Türkiye. The successful candidate will assist foreign clients with company establishment, local business reception, coordination of accounting and tax-related matters, and the development of a strong local service-provider and business-resource network. This role requires strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect Ethiopia-based professional and commercial resources with VANZBON Global’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China. Key Responsibilities 1. Company Incorporation & Market Entry Support Assist international clients with company establishment and business setup procedures in Türkiye. Coordinate with local lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, corporate service providers, notaries, banks, consultants, and other relevant parties. Support clients in understanding company incorporation procedures, basic licensing requirements, tax registration, banking arrangements, and ongoing compliance matters. Assist with collecting, preparing, coordinating, and following up on documents required for client projects. 2. Client Reception & Local Project Coordination Represent VANZBON Global in local business coordination when international clients visit Türkiye. Assist with business meetings, local introductions, office or factory visits, supplier meetings, and communication with local stakeholders. Coordinate communication between clients, Turkish service providers, and VANZBON Global’s Shenzhen headquarters. Provide practical on-the-ground support for client projects when required. Follow up on project progress and provide timely updates to the headquarters. 3. Accounting, Tax & Compliance Coordination Connect clients with qualified local accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and other professional service providers. Coordinate matters relating to bookkeeping, tax registration, tax filing, payroll, social security, financial reporting, and other business compliance requirements. Follow up with accounting and tax service providers regarding client matters. Support VANZBON Global’s headquarters in understanding local accounting, taxation, and business compliance practices in Türkiye. 4. Local Professional & Business Resource Development Develop and maintain a reliable local network of professional and commercial partners, including but not limited to: ● Law firms and lawyers ● Accounting, audit, and tax firms ● Corporate service providers ● Banks and financial institutions ● Customs brokers ● Freight forwarders and logistics companies ● Import and export service providers ● HR and recruitment agencies ● Industrial zones and business parks ● Factories and manufacturers ● Warehouse and commercial property providers ● Supply-chain companies ● Business associations and chambers of commerce ● Investment and business development organizations ● Other professional and commercial service providers Evaluate potential partners based on their professional capabilities, pricing, responsiveness, reliability, experience, and ability to support international clients. Introduce suitable Turkish professional and commercial resources to VANZBON Global’s Shenzhen headquarters and assist with cooperation discussions. 5. Trade, Supply Chain & Business Support Assist VANZBON Global and its clients in identifying relevant local manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and other commercial resources. Support preliminary communication relating to import/export activities, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics, sourcing, and local supply-chain matters. Assist international companies in understanding the local business environment and identifying practical resources required for establishing operations in Türkiye. 6. Business Development & Market Intelligence Identify potential market-entry opportunities, client needs, business partnerships, and local cooperation opportunities. Provide practical market information and updates relevant to foreign companies operating or planning to operate in Türkiye. Support VANZBON Global in developing relationships with local companies, professional firms, business organizations, and potential partners. Assist with local business development activities when required. Qualifications Candidates should ideally meet most of the following requirements: ● Currently based in Türkiye and familiar with the local business environment. ● Strong knowledge of Turkish business practices and local professional resources. ● Experience in company incorporation, accounting, taxation, legal services, consulting, international trade, logistics, corporate services, or other related fields is preferred. ● Able to independently communicate with local law firms, accounting firms, banks, government-related institutions, suppliers, logistics providers, and business organizations. ● Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ● Able to independently follow up on multiple client requests and projects. ● Reliable, responsive, professional, and service-oriented. ● Comfortable working with an international team and reporting to headquarters in Shenzhen, China. ● Good command of both Turkish and English is strongly preferred. ● Chinese language ability is an advantage but is not required. Preferred Background Candidates with professional experience or strong local networks in one or more of the following areas are particularly welcome: ● Corporate services ● Company incorporation ● Accounting and taxation ● Legal services ● Banking ● Foreign direct investment ● Business consulting ● International trade ● Import and export ● Customs clearance ● Logistics and freight forwarding ● Supply-chain management ● Manufacturing and factory sourcing ● Industrial zones ● Commercial property ● Human resources ● Chambers of commerce or business associations ● Investment promotion ● Cross-border business services Professionals currently or previously working with law firms, accounting firms, consulting firms, corporate service providers, logistics companies, trading companies, banks, chambers of commerce, investment agencies, industrial organizations, or international business organizations are encouraged to apply. Cooperation & Compensation VANZBON Global is flexible regarding the cooperation arrangement. Depending on the candidate’s experience, availability, local resources, and preferred working model, we are open to: ● Full-time cooperation ● Part-time cooperation ● Long-term independent cooperation ● Project-based cooperation Compensation will be discussed based on the cooperation model, professional experience, local capabilities, and scope of responsibilities.
