Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Charlotte team and lead the successful execution of multi-family construction projects. Position Overview. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. This individual will work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage ground-up multi-family construction projects from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Coordinate with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants Monitor project costs and manage change orders Lead OAC meetings and maintain client relationships Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards Manage project financials, monthly projections, and reporting Oversee project closeout and turnover processes Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction Proven experience managing ground-up multi-family projects Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Experience managing project budgets and schedules Ability to lead project teams and build strong client relationships Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Benefits Base ($135,000-$145,000) + Bonus 401k Match $900 Auto, $100 Cell, Gas Full Medical, Dental and Vision Generous PTO Email Your Resume In Word To Jonathan.Klueger@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
