Director of Engineering

Position Summary: Seeking a Director of Engineering & Facilities to lead engineering, facilities, capital projects, automation, and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop Engineering & Facilities teams Manage capital projects, budgets, and resources Drive process improvements, automation, and equipment reliability Oversee electrical, mechanical, PLC, and industrial systems Lead equipment design, innovation, and facility upgrades Ensure OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance Manage emergency response and business continuity Oversee CMMS, technical documentation, and security infrastructure Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 10+ years of Engineering/Facilities leadership experience Strong people management and technical leadership skills Experience with industrial equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and automation Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and resources Knowledge of OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
