Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive role is based in Istanbul. The Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying suitable partners, negotiating collaborations, and overseeing content delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal marketing, social media, and sales teams to align influencer initiatives with brand objectives and campaign calendars. Responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data, preparing reports, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies. The Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive will also support brand visibility through social media activations and public relations initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the field. Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing expertise, including experience executing and optimizing influencer campaigns. Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to plan campaigns and collaborate on content across key platforms. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as negotiation, partnership development, and collaboration with commercial teams. Candidates should have experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in influencer-led or digital-first environments. Candidates should be proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign ROI, engagement, and audience growth. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Fluency in English and Turkish, with clear written and verbal communication, is highly beneficial.
