Key Responsibilities Deliver bedside nursing care for critically ill cardiovascular patients Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition Provide safe, effective care in accordance with clinical protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care Educate and support patients and families during care and recovery Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards Qualifications & Skills Current RN license Strong assessment and critical-care decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, technology-driven environment Excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork abilities
