As a General Manager , you are responsible for the restaurant's overall success. You will lead and develop your management team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives great food and outstanding service. This role is more than running shifts—it’s about building a strong team, managing the business, and creating a positive culture where employees can grow and succeed . The General Manager sets the tone for the entire restaurant and plays a key role in achieving sales, operational, and people development goals.
